Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use RealTempMail, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We’ve tried to write it in plain language rather than dense legal-speak, so please give it a read.

By using our Service, you’re agreeing to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. A Few Definitions First

To keep things clear throughout this document, here’s what we mean when we use certain terms:

  • “Account” means the unique account you may create to access parts of our Service.
  • “Affiliate” means any entity that owns, is owned by, or shares common ownership with Us (50% or more control of voting shares or equivalent authority).
  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to realtempmail.com.
  • “Cookies” are small files placed on your device by a website to remember details about your browsing activity.
  • “Country” refers to Alaska, United States.
  • “Device” means any computer, phone, tablet, or other gadget used to access the Service.
  • “Personal Data” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person.
  • “Service” refers to the RealTempMail website, accessible at https://realtempmail.com/.
  • “Service Provider” means any outside person or company that processes data on our behalf — for example, to help operate, analyze, or improve the Service.
  • “Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically through your use of the Service, such as how long you spend on a page.
  • “You” refers to whoever is using the Service — whether that’s you personally or a business you represent.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Data

While you’re using our Service, we may ask you for certain information that could identify or help us contact you. Right now, that’s limited to:

  • Email address

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically as you use the Service. It may include things like your device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, how long you spend on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic information.

If you access the Service from a mobile device, we may also collect your device type, unique device ID, mobile IP address, operating system, and mobile browser type — along with similar diagnostic data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking tools — including beacons, tags, and scripts — to monitor activity on our Service and improve how it works. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Browser Cookies — small files placed on your device. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when one is being sent, though some parts of the Service may not work properly without them.
  • Web Beacons — small electronic files (sometimes called clear gifs or pixel tags) that help us understand things like how many people visited a page or opened an email.

Cookies can be persistent (they stay on your device after you close your browser) or session-based (they’re deleted once you close your browser). We use both, for purposes including:

  • Essential Cookies (Session) — needed to provide core parts of the Service, authenticate users, and prevent fraud.
  • Cookie Notice Acceptance (Persistent) — remembers whether you’ve acknowledged our use of cookies.
  • Functionality Cookies (Persistent) — remember your preferences, like login details or language, so you don’t have to re-enter them each visit.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your Personal Data to:

  • Provide, operate, and monitor the Service.
  • Manage your Account and give you access to features available to registered users.
  • Fulfill a contract — for example, delivering a product or service you’ve requested.
  • Contact you by email or other electronic means about updates, security notices, or service-related communications.
  • Share news, offers, or information about similar goods or services, unless you’ve opted out.
  • Respond to and manage your requests to us.
  • Support a business transfer — such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — where your data may be among the transferred assets.
  • Analyze usage trends, evaluate our promotions, and generally improve the Service.

Who We Might Share It With

  • Service Providers who help us monitor, analyze, or operate the Service.
  • Business partners — during a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
  • Affiliates, who are required to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • Business partners offering related products, services, or promotions.
  • Other users, if you share information publicly through the Service.
  • Anyone else, only with your consent.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — including to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period, unless it’s needed to strengthen security, improve functionality, or we’re legally required to retain it longer.

5. Where Your Data Goes

Your information may be processed at our offices or by service providers located outside your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction — where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

By submitting your information, you’re agreeing to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays secure wherever it’s processed, and we won’t transfer it to an organization or country without adequate safeguards in place.

6. Deleting Your Data

You’re entitled to delete your Personal Data, or ask us to help you do so. Depending on the Service, you may be able to manage or delete some information directly from your account settings.

You can also contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you’ve shared with us — though we may need to retain certain data where we have a legal obligation to do so.

7. When We Might Disclose Your Data

Business Transactions

If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that deal. We’ll give you notice before your data moves to a different privacy policy.

Law Enforcement

We may be required to disclose your Personal Data if the law requires it, or in response to a valid request from a court or government authority.

Other Legal Situations

We may also disclose your data where we believe in good faith it’s necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation
  • Protect our rights or property
  • Investigate possible wrongdoing connected to the Service
  • Protect the safety of our users or the public
  • Defend against legal liability

8. Keeping Your Data Secure

We take the security of your Personal Data seriously and use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute protection.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Service isn’t intended for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared Personal Data with us, please get in touch — we’ll take steps to remove it from our systems.

Where consent is required as a legal basis for processing data and your country requires parental consent, we may ask for that consent before collecting or using a minor’s information.

10. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may link to other websites we don’t operate. If you follow one of those links, we’d encourage you to review that site’s own privacy policy — we have no control over, and no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll also try to notify you by email or through a notice on the Service before the change takes effect.

We’d encourage you to check back here from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
