8. Resolving Disputes
If you run into a problem or disagreement with us, we’d appreciate the chance to sort it out directly first — please reach out to us before pursuing any formal action.
If you’re in the European Union: nothing in these Terms takes away any mandatory consumer protections you’re entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
9. Legal Compliance
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- you’re not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or officially designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and
- you don’t appear on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited parties.
10. If a Provision Doesn’t Hold Up
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be adjusted just enough to make it enforceable while keeping its original intent — everything else stays in effect.
Waiver: If we don’t enforce a particular right or provision at some point, that doesn’t mean we’re giving it up permanently. We can still enforce it later.

If we ever offer a translated version of these Terms, know that the English version is the one that governs in the event of any conflict or dispute over meaning.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we’ll do our best to give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Whether a change counts as “significant” is something we determine at our discretion.
If you keep using RealTempMail after updated Terms go live, that means you accept them. If you don’t agree with the changes, please stop using the Service.
